D\u00e9j\u00e0, d\u00e8s 2018, avec les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdbb.cam.ac.uk\/DFTG\/GeminiPrinciples\">Gemini Principles<\/a>, uen volont\u00e9, des principes et un cadre de pilotage de l&rsquo;information avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 pos\u00e9s afin d&rsquo;aller vers un Jumeau Num\u00e9rique national.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aujourd&rsquo;hui, apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9chang\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re informelle  autour de l&rsquo;intelligence artificielle pur l&rsquo;exploitation p\u00e9troli\u00e8re offshore avec des relations professionnelles, je suis all\u00e9 voir ce qui se faisait de particulier dans ce champ d&rsquo;activit\u00e9. Et je suis tomb\u00e9 un peu par hasard sur un site assez \u00e9tonnant par sa forme et sa profondeur d&rsquo;information : Le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ogauthority.co.uk\/data-centre\/national-data-repository-ndr\/\">National Data Depository<\/a> de la Oil and Gas Authority, pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 comme un des piliers de l&rsquo;infrastructure digitale du Royaume Uni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce qu&rsquo;on peut en retenir en quelques points cl\u00e9s :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Une cartographie interactive des champs p\u00e9trolif\u00e8res offshore de la mer du nord et des donn\u00e9es disponibles pour chaque plateforme<\/li><li>Une base de donn\u00e9es de supports vari\u00e9s : rapports de sismologie, de fonctionnement, logs de capteurs&#8230;<\/li><li>La d\u00e9monstration que la donn\u00e9e peut \u00eatre visible pour tous, avec une interface orient\u00e9e usage<\/li><li>Les bases de la collecte et la centralisation d&rsquo;informations propres \u00e0 disposer de mod\u00e8les de type jumeau num\u00e9rique<\/li><li>La Oil and Gas Authority explique sa volont\u00e9 de rendre la donn\u00e9e disponible et accessible afin de permettre une meilleure transition \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique vers l&rsquo;apr\u00e8s-p\u00e9trole<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9videmment, l&rsquo;usage de ces donn\u00e9es est une affaire de sp\u00e9cialistes, mais une premi\u00e8re d\u00e9couverte permet d&rsquo;imaginer comment pourraient \u00eatre effectu\u00e9s des traitements, ou la mani\u00e8re dont ces donn\u00e9es et leurs flux pourraient \u00eatre consolid\u00e9s pour une approche d&rsquo;apprentissage en intelligence artificielle. <a to other data which the OGA may hold or disclose in fulfilment of the OGA strategy supporting the energy transition.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>By ensuring that industry, academia and the wider public have ready access to timely and transparent data the OGA is creating the conditions for the investment and innovation necessary to Maximise Economic Recovery and to enable the Energy
